From the moment you step into this unit, you will feel that everything is designed to your liking. You will find everything that expands the horizons of your lifestyle during your stay.

Take a seat while relaxing on the comfortable sofa set in white and unique design while it entertains you with the flat-screen 65” TV, which is mounted on the wall over a white-furnished console cabinet. Thanks to its glass wall windows, the spacious layout has been carefully designed to allow more natural light in and to enjoy. This space is finished with a gorgeous coffee table that is complimented by the beautiful pendant lights, unique décor, soft rug, floor lamp, and planters.

The dining area across comes with a classic round marble top paired with four upholstered dining chairs where you can have meals with your loved ones. Cook delectable meals in the fully-equipped open kitchen with a microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, coffee machine, toaster, and other household accessories.

Interestingly, the place features a 2BR that you will surely love, with a cozy space furnished with a king-sized bed and two single beds on the other, both fitted with high-quality mattresses and fresh premium linens and pillows for that sound sleep everyone is dreaming of. This space comes complete with soft carpet, a side table, a table lamp, and built-in wardrobes. There’s a vanity space at the master’s that you can use as your workspace, which is perfect for running errands. Bedrooms are designed thoughtfully to make you feel at home while living in luxury!

Located right next to Al Maktoum International Airport, District 2020, and UAE’s Green Belt, the development has an advantageous position in Dubai. Here you will also find a future metro station and several bus lines. There are multiple access routes to the territory which include Sheikh Zayed Road & Emirates Road

Dubai South is a city within a city. Eventually, it will be the home of all kinds of basic and luxurious facilities. Ibn Battuta Mall can be reached within 25 minutes and The Outlet Village by Meraas is 22 minutes away. Other nearby malls include Dubai Marina Mall, Mall of the Emirates and the world-renowned Dubai Mall. These shopping destinations can be reached within a 40-minutes drive. Palm Jumeirah Beach and JBR are one of the renowned beaches in Dubai are just 20 minutes drive.

Getting Around:
The parking is available upon request if you have your own ride. You can quickly commute to the inner city via Emirates Road (E611) and Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Rd (E311). Both of these roads link with Sheikh Zayed Rd (E11) heading towards Downtown Dubai. Taxis are easily booked through Uber and Careem through their applications that can simply be downloaded on your phone.

The nearest bus stop is Dubai World Central, Gate 6 2 which is around 4 minutes drive away from the property. Go down to Ibn Battuta Metro station and take the train bound to Rashidiya. The train system will conveniently take you to other premier location around the city like Dubai Mall, Mall of the Emirates, etc.

Other Things to Note:
House rules include being respectful of the neighbours, Dubai laws and regulations, and the furniture. Please no parties. Smoking on the balcony only.
