With a bedroom and bathroom on each floor, it’s a stylish contemporary space infusing vintage Scandinavian style furniture with monochromatic tones that bring out the vibrancy of the leafy views. Excitingly close to restaurants and cafes along Hutt Street.
Our place is the perfect balance of inner city living and suburban serenity. Over two levels, the ground floor is home to a small hallway that leads to the well-equipped laundry facilities under the stairs.
The ground floor bedroom enjoys a king size bed, leather armchair with ottoman and a freestanding robe. There is also the comforts of a portable heater, a ceiling fan and access into the delightful courtyard with its café table for 2 and an egg-shaped wicker chair. This bedroom is serviced by a stunning new bathroom featuring black tapware, a deep freestanding bath, hand basin and separate shower.
Upstairs, via the carpeted staircase, you’ll find a striking open plan living, dining and kitchen area with vintage Scandinavian furniture, leafy views towards the courtyard, a 4-seater circular dining table and a white leather couch overlooking the wall-mounted TV. The kitchen dares to be different with its concrete benchtops, black cabinets, electric cooking, a bar fridge, pod style coffee maker and plenty of coffee and tea selections.
The 2nd bedroom can be set up as two king singles or a king size bed, depending if your party is couples or families staying. This bedroom has a funky leather armchair with ottoman, a private ensuite with shower, vanity and toilet, a portable heater, ceiling fan and freestanding robes. There is internal access from the carport if you appreciate security.
