The View and a Private Staircase to the Huge Resort Pool is unique. Bonita Village is centrally located and close to everything you will want to do on your vacation! We are kid friendly and the Tropical Atmosphere will make your holiday vacation one to remember. As manager of this property for years, this is where my family wants to stay when they come to visit. The split bedroom plan, private baths, excellent closet space, open kitchen, Large Lanai and Big Screen TV adds to the fun and livability. Come ready to Relax and 'Live the Life Out of Every Day' You will not be disappointed.

We actually have a condo near this property & unfortunately couldn't stay there, but I'm so happy we stayed at Bonita village! The location & layout are perfect. So convenient, wonderful pool, easy access to anything you need. Workout room was great. This condo has everything you need. Highly recommend

Bonita Village

Great property with easy access to the pool. Plenty of room and a great floorplan. The pool area was fantastic as was the Groggy Frog. Other tenets/guests in the facility with really nice as well. I give our stay a 10 out of 10!

September Vacation

The property was beautifully maintained with 2 great pools and plenty of lounge chairs. The unit had everything you'd need for a great vacation. Whenever we had questions, our host was always available.

More than excellent

Second visit to this complex and will definitely be back! Five star experience from ease of check in and communication with Pat, to the great amenities at our doorstep. Beach chairs and umbrellas were available, and two great beaches just a few minutes away. Pool is resort quality without the noise and congestion of a resort in August.

Great condo with beautiful pool

We were in Florida for a baseball tournament. We stayed here with our 17 year old and 9 year old son. The condo was perfect for us. Bedrooms were comfortable and living space was perfect. It was clean & well taken care of. Condo was equipped with everything we needed. Highlight was definitely the pool are - it was beautiful! We spent ton of time there after ballgames in the hot sun every day! Another nice feature was the closet by the pool that had all kinds of toys & items for the beach. Location was perfect- we were close to great restaurants, shopping & of course the beach! Would highly recommend staying here!

Perfect location & amenities for entire family

We love Bonita Springs and this is the perfect location with all the amenities we required being a family traveling with younger children. The condo was clean, the layout was great and we loved the spiral staircase with direct access to the pool area which made it perfect for early morning swims with the kids before hitting the beach. We took advantage of the shuttle one day while visiting, which made beach drop-off easy. We were comfortable during our stay and loved the access to the fitness facility with the Peloton (being Peloton users). We did miss out on the poolside restaurant, so please know this is not operating in the Summer months and there were not any beach chairs for use at the beach (maybe the listing means pool chairs?). We are planning to return to this location hopefully sooner than later!

Unfortunate timing & communication

The unit is clean, spacious and well stocked. It’s convenient to many restaurants and a few beautiful beaches. The reason for 3 stars out of 5 is that upon arrival, after we’d unloaded and unpacked, we saw a sign in the lobby that the main resort pool would be closed for maintenance the entire week of our stay. This is the pool that the unit opens up to. We were very disappointed, especially as that convenience was the exact reason we booked this particular complex and unit. I will note that the “quiet pool” on the other side of the complex was open, though it was not the pool directly connected to our staircase. And, while open, it was also under maintenance that included jackhammering for sidewalk repair. Therefore making it a “not so quiet” pool. In addition, because of the loud maintenance, we couldn’t use the lanai for breakfast or lunch. The power washers and generators were running all day, 8am-5pm. The sound was very loud and ruined any outdoor daytime enjoyment. I called Pat and while she offered to move us to a different unit, that wouldn’t have solved the problems. I had to ask for a partial refund (she did not offer one), as it seems unfair to pay full price for only partial use of the property. She obliged and we are appreciative. We wish we were told in advance of the maintenance (as a condo owner myself, I’m certain that advanced notice from the management company was given for such major inconveniences), so we could have found a different property to rent. With all of that said, and as mentioned above, the unit is lovely. But the lack of communication regarding a major amenity’s unavailability was very disappointing. Tip: Don’t rent here until you’ve confirmed all amenities will be available.

Heavenly…..

Heavenly is the perfect way to describe our stay. The condo was in terrific shape and had a great location to the pool. We had everything we could need in the condo to have a fabulous vacation…. from pool towels to kitchen needs. Pat was terrific to speak with, from the moment we arrived until we sadly had to leave, everything was perfect.

Home away from home

From the moment that I saw this listing it felt homey. It was one of the pricier ones but I just got a good feeling about it and that was just the pictures. As soon as I walked in it did not disappoint. It was extremely clean. the cleaning crew did awesome. and had everything I needed from more then enough towels to a fully equipped kitchen. And I dealt with Pat she was great. I will definitely stay here again.

Well worth it

The location and the home were above our expectations. We really wish we made use of the pool but just not enough time. We had coffee every morning on the lanai, while listening to the waterfall. We had one little issue, we called Pat (the property manager) she came right over and took care of it. We weren’t expecting that, the whole team there was better than we expected. Jeff and Ann Marie

Beautiful hidden gated resort! Very clean and well kept! Up to date and close to beach!

Will definitely stay here again! Rental and sales associate (Pat Scott) was very helpful and easy to speak with! Made after hours check in easy and very well explained! If you’re looking for a nice vacation book here!

Great Property

This is a great property and the location of the unit is excellent. Easy access to both pools, great gym and lots of restaurants around. I like that there is a bar/restaurant at the main pool. The furniture is somewhat dated and the kitchen table is off in a corner with uncomfortable seating. But, as long as the weather is nice and you sit on the back porch, it can't be beat.

Perfect Florida Vacation

Bonita Village is a great vacation get-a-way. I have 3 boys (under the age of 13), and we had a fun and relaxing stay. The condo is very spacious. The pool is gorgeous, and the Groggy Frog is just what you need for a pool side tiki bar. The location is great. A short drive to the beach, and very close to US-41, where everything you need is. We very much enjoyed our stay and would recommend for anyone to stay.

Great condo for vacationing with family!

We traveled with our family of 5 (three kids, ages 4, 6, and 9). This condo and Bonita Village in general are the perfect spot for vacationing in South-West Florida. The condo is clean, well-equipped and very comfortable. Furnishings are nice and the kitchen is well stocked with the basics. The screened-in lanai off of the condo overlooks the pool and is the perfect place for coffee and meals. The pools and other amenities of Bonita Village are wonderful as well. We would definitely love to return! I highly recommend renting with Patricia "Pat" Scott!
