I was born in Rugby. Although I have lived and travelled abroad, I always return "home". Rugby and the surrounding area have plenty of exciting and interesting things to offer for all ages and interests. It's a friendly place and that is what I love about it. I enjoy live music, good food, history, and nature. It's all here.

Why they chose this property

I chose this area as it is so convenient. A two-minute walk into the town centre. Super handy to walk to the train station - 7 minutes. It is a safe and welcoming spot.

What makes this property unique

The energy in these walls is good. The house has been well taken care of. Good light. Open concept between living and eating areas.
