Adorable studio condominium on the top, 6th floor in Founders Pointe with a vaulted ceiling and art work that shows off personality and will make you smile! Sleeps up to 4. Tuck into a King size bed in the evening after a great day venturing out in the mountains to the warmth of a glowing fireplace. Relax on a big, comfortable L shaped couch and watch TV or read a book with no hard sofa sleeper under you. Kids and adults love to sleep on these couches. A queen size, easily inflatable bed is stored in the closet for two additional adults or for the kids. Enjoy the convenience of being close the elevators.

HOT TUB CLOSURE. Closed Summer 2024 for Construction. Please be aware, the Fraser Crossing/Founders Pointe amenity decks with access to grills and hot tubs will be closed for construction from April 28 - November 1, 2024.
