Watch kite & wind surfing on the local estuary and views of the city during the day. Sunsets in the evening. City lights at night. Close to summer for the beach. The ‘Ferrymead Heritage Park’ for train rides and tours of the historic Christchurch. Close to ‘The Tannery’ for plenty of entertainment and shopping. The property was clean, comfortable and had enough space. Unfortunately access was a problem both for parking and for foot access. I presume the steps are a work in progress as they are very dangerous as they are now.
