This is an upper floor of a two-story house in the Surrey neighbourhood.We are dedicated to providing an excellent stay for you while you are away from home. You will have access to a bathroom stocked with essentials, a kitchen, laundry facilities, a patio with a great city view, and a spaciouas backyard. We are located one minute away from the highway entrance/exit. Our space is clean and comfortable.

Met expectations

Clean and easy to find. Spacious for larger groups. Door to back deck was very dificult to close and could use a floor mat to catch excess leaves when walking in. Overall was to expectations from description.

The light of bathroom has been broken and the showerhead is also not working well. The air was not fresh, smell too wired. It’s so bad experience.

Just so-so

Positives: Low price Equipped good Negatives: Noisy tenants on first floor/basement of house. Lots of cosmetic issues with house (hole in wall, light fixtures laying around house) Dryer doesn't work. Downstairs shower floods entire bathroom. No outlet in main bathroom.

The property was in poor condition. The shower in the lower level bathroom did not drain. The hot water knob in the upper level was missing. The kitchen countertop had stains that you can feel with your hand. The bedding had smell and pillows had smell of saliva from previous sleeper. The trash bin had half trash left from previous guest. We booked 4 nights but had to leave after one night. Only got a small partial refund. Hope the owner will make drastic improvements for future guests

Do NOT Stay Here - Not as Adverised

Would not recommend staying here. We left immediately - primarily because this is NOT an entire home as advertised. When it says "upper floor," what it doesn't tell you is there is a man living in the basement with access to the home. He was shouting and scaring our family, and based on guest book reviews he does this quite a bit to guests. The plumbing in the toilet stopped working. The second bathroom is actually in the shared basement. The host didn't answer the phone when we called; communication wasn't great. Besides all that, it was not very clean and smelled awful, like musty incense. We left quickly after the man started yelling (my family felt unsafe) and when we noticed the creepy upper locks on the doors. Especially without a working toilet upstairs. Host did not offer a refund, as they said they disclosed the tenant in the description - which they did not. But would not recommend someone else failing into this trap. Do yourself a favor and find a better place to stay.
