This wonderfully charming COTTAGE boasts a 360 degree forest and pastoral view of Hidden Hollow Farm. Enjoy your coffee on the deck and watch the herds of deer and wild turkey come out of the woods.
Vibrant vineyards and notable cuisine nearby. Your stay at the Cottage and Cape Cod puts you minutes from the city's culture scene and reimagined historic district. The well-known Airlie Conference Center is just 2 KM away and the historic Vint Hill Farms military facility is 9 miles (12 Km) East.

This warm and inviting COTTAGE is adjacent to open pastures and the adjacent Hidden Hollow Farm is a "dream come true" home; unique and one-of-a-kind! It is located just outside of the town of Warrenton, Virginia in Fauquier County; in horse/wine country! But only 30 minutes east of the Vienna Metro Station; a great way to travel into Washington, D.C. 45 minutes away. Just 30 minutes takes you to the Shenandoah Mountains/Appalachian Trail and Skyline Drive. Enjoy your beautiful new fire pit overlooking the entire farm while visiting.

Gerry and I have lived and worked all over the world....having worked for multi national and government agencies worldwide. We make our home in Warrenton because we are on the front steps of Fauquier County's culture scene and re-imagined history. .

Has an executive flair but rustic atmosphere....beautiful setting in the woods and located next to two small country estates and farms.
What makes this property unique
So close to old town Warrenton but yet very private with a unique rural setting. We have a special event fee up to 40 guests including the 14 who stay at the cottage. If you have special requirements please contact Sue for more information.
