The Space:
This spacious & modern studio is the right option for people who want to explore Dubai and go home to the warmth of this house after a long day of escapades.

The large floor-to-ceiling glass window fills the entire area with natural light, creating a radiant and positive atmosphere. Take a break and unwind on the comfortable couch while enjoying your favorite movie on the 50" smart TV mounted on a wooden console. The soft carpet, stylish coffee table, and tasteful decor create the perfect ambiance for relaxation.

Adjacent to the living area is the serene sleeping space. A king-sized bed with a plush mattress, premium linens, and soft pillows ensures a restful night's sleep. Accentuated wall decor, a side table with a lamp, a velvet pouf in the corner, and a unique wardrobe and decor complete the space, adding a touch of charm.

The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to make cooking a breeze. The modern kitchen cabinets with gray wooden and golden handles exude elegance. The Neighborhood:
JLT is a local gem. It has about 68 towers with area parks and running tracks. There are also over 540 retail outlets that you can shop in. If you do not want to move that much around Dubai, there are over 300 restaurants and cafés to choose from as over the past few years, this has been the place of new restaurants and bar openings. From a variety of leisure to recreation activities to choose from, you are definitely in the right place!

If you want to stay local, everything you need is around you—grocery, cafes, restaurants, dry cleaning, 24/7 store, and more.

If you love the beach, JBR is 10 minutes away and Kite Beach is 15 minutes away all by taxi.

For shopping, the main malls are close by. Marina Mall is across the road and Mall of the Emirates and Ibn Battuta Mall are all within 15 minutes from JLT.

Getting Around:
The parking is available upon request if you have your own ride. Uber and Careem are options for booking a taxi if you want to easily travel around Dubai.

If you enjoy long walks and would like to explore the rest of Dubai through a metro station or a bus, there is a nearby bus stop where JLT 2 bus goes around JLT if you simply want to roam within the area. The DMCC metro station is only a 4-minute walk. The Dubai metro system can get you from one end to another of the Emirate.

Restaurants and cafes are accessible on foot. Carrefour Market is a few minutes away.

The fastest and easiest way from DXB airport is by taxi (30 minutes). The cheapest way from DXB airport is by metro (1 hour, 7.5 AED per person).

If you rent a car, make sure you get a navigator or use your mobile map app. Dubai intersections are pretty confusing!

Other Things to Note:
House rules include being respectful of the neighbours, Dubai laws and regulations, and the furniture. Please no parties. No Smoking.

This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai's Department of Economy and Tourism (DET).

***Please be advised that the Chilled Water Valves Replacement Works in Saba Tower 3 will commence on November 27 to December 23, 2023. While the work is ongoing, there will be a Cooling Interruption, please note that your AC units can still run but without cold air, and, noise disturbance is expected. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
