Low end off campus housing

Good sized bedrooms w/ good mattresses, 5 minute walk to ferry; row of restaurants 3 blocks away but kitchen trash can was full, floors were dirty. No curtain on best room facing main street, bathroom smells,closets and shelves are mostly full, kitchen has no stove or hot plate.

We did not stay. The location is fantastic. Two pillows for three people. Everything was old and worn out and not that clean.
