In the evening, choose from two entertainment zones, one downstairs and one upstairs, both with large TVs and plenty of seating. A combination of split-system heating and air-conditioning, and ceiling fans keeps things comfortable no matter what time of year you are travelling, while the dedicated workspace upstairs caters to those needing to set up their laptop.

Parking is provided for two or three cars with a garage and large driveway. There is no in-unit laundry, but Rosebud West Coin Laundry is just a two-minute drive away.
