This single level property is situated directly across from the Great Sandy Straits Marina where the whale watching boats leave to take you on a tour. Make sure you don't miss out on this wonderful experience (the best time of year for whales is July to November).
You can leave the car at home and walk across to the marina and chat to tourist information. Book a dinner cruise, Mary River cruise, snorkeling or dolphin watching cruise. You can also book, fly and drive K'gari (Fraser Island) tours here.

The neighbourhood:
The beach is a short walk from the property. You can walk along the beach to Urangan Pier and grab a morning coffee at Hatch.
The Great Sandy Straits Marina is a 2 min walk across the road.
Urangan Pier is only a 2min drive or 16 minute walk away.
The aquarium, waterfront restaurants, children’s parks and walking/bike paths along esplanade and the beautiful Torquay beach and 3- 6min drive from the property.
Urangan shopping centre (Woolworths, butcher, post office, newsagents, chemist, bottle shop, discount outlet, ATM etc) are also near by (5 min drive).
You can enjoy local entertainment and fresh produce from the Urangan Pier Markets held every Saturday and Wednesday.
The Koala markets are a 5-minute drive from the property and occur on the second, fourth, and fifth (if applicable) Sundays of each month at Kruger Court Urangan.
The Kondari Hotel is also only a short walk away.
Smokey Joes restaurant is next door.

This area of Hervey Bay is just a 10 minute drive from the Hervey Bay airport and there are public transport options within easy walking distance of the unit.
BREAKFAST: We provide a complimentary breakfast hamper (includes eggs, bacon, bread, milk & cereal) for your first morning.
THINGS TO NOTE:
ACCESS: You have full access to the property. we are just a phone call or message away during your stay.
PARKING: There is room for 2 cars in the garage. There is a fob to open and close the garage door. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU PARK COMPLETELY INSIDE THE GARAGE OR OUT IN THE VISITOR'S PARKING IN THE DRIVEWAY.

NOISE: The property is in a peaceful quiet neighbourhood. To respect the peace of the community - we kindly request no loud music or loud parties. Noise curfew 10pm.
SECURITY DEPOSIT - A refundable security deposit of $400 may be taken as an authorisation hold 2 days prior to check out and released no more than 7 days later. Some or all of the security deposit may be captured if there has been negligent behaviour or intentional damage to the property.
EARLY CHECK-IN REQUESTS:
May be possible however we do recommend you to plan around a 3pm check-in. When your place is ready, we will let you know. If you require earlier access, consider booking the night before if available. If a guest is checking out on the day of your arrival, housekeeping needs time to prepare everything and we thank you in advance for your patience and understanding.
LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS:
May be possible depending on bookings and housekeeping schedules. Please reach out the day before check out to see if this is possible.
STARTER SUPPLIES:
We provide you with complimentary essential starter supplies for your stay. This includes shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, and a few other items for your comfort. This is not intended to last for the duration of your booking but to avoid having to immediately head to the supermarket on arrival.
LINEN: We supply hotel quality linen and bath towels for your stay.
LONG STAYS:
All stays 14-28 nights must have a mid-stay cleaning service at an additional cost. This allows for our team to periodically clean, maintain, and inspect the property. This is non-negotiable.
CHECK OUT
We don't want you to do a long list of chores before you check out. We just kindly ask that you put back furniture the way you found it (only if somethings been moved), stack the dishwasher and put the rubbish out. Our cleaners will do the rest.
AGE REQUIREMENT:
We do request that adult guests are over the age of 25 years of age. 18-24 years are welcome if staying with other adults over 25 years of age. Children are welcome.
MANAGEMENT FEE - this is our damage waiver to cover any accidental damages so you don't have to worry - see house rules for the details.
PETS: No pets allowed on the property.
No noise after 10pm and refrain from causing disturbances to the neighbours to avoid having them complain to local authorities.
- Strictly no parties allowed. Infringement on this rule may result in eviction without refund. Any additional time for the housekeepers to attend or inspect the property outside of their usual cleaning will result in additional administrative fees.
- We will ask for photo ID and a selfie of the person making the booking, primarily to confirm they are over 25 years of age and match the details of the person making the booking. For 3rd party bookings we will need the photo ID of the primary guest staying at the property.
- If there is any damage to the property please inform the host ASAP as additional charges may apply.
- No pets allowed on the property. Additional charges may apply to those who ignore this rule.
- In the event that keys are lost/ damaged/ locked inside the property any time during your stay or check-out, we may need to call a locksmith and additional expenses will be charged to your account. If the cleaner’s or property manager’s schedule is affected by this, further charges may apply.
- Check-out time is 10am. If the cleaner is not able to clean on time, a delayed entry fee may apply. If you require late check-out, please contact the host 72 hours before check-out and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
- If you leave any items behind by accident, we are happy to post them back to you. However, we will need to compensate our housekeepers or managers for the postage fee and their time.
-We provide toiletries to get you started. Feel free to visit the nearest grocery store should you wish to restock for yourself.
- Take care of the property and avoid making a mess within the premises. Leaving dishes unwashed or having food items out in the open tend to attract pests and insects that may require pest control. This may be charged to your account as applicable.
- Smoking inside AND OUTSIDE the property is strictly prohibited. Charges may apply for additional cleaning and deodorisation of the property.
- Excessive use of utilities such as water, electricity, and WIFI may result in additional charges.
- Where a porta cot is provided, this is used at the guests own risk. The owner and hosts do not accept any liability should anything occur during its use.
- Only guests on the original booking may stay overnight.
- No illegal activity or running a business from the premises.
