Come home to this poolside residence, which offers plenty of space for families or groups to spread out. There are four well-sized bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, large dining area and dual living spaces, each with a TV.

This spacious home combines a convenient and central location with impressive outdoor and indoor living spaces. It’s minutes from the beach and esplanade, shopping and eateries, with all the region’s key attractions within easy reach.
Set over one level, this home is filled with natural light. It has been designed with open plan living and dining flowing to the deck, alfresco dining with a BBQ and sparkling swimming pool. Relax on the day beds and cool off with a dip. There’s a large dining table for meals at home and a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar. It’s kitted with an oven, stove, dishwasher and coffee maker. In the evening, spread out on the sofas, catching up on your favourite TV. A second rumpus room is perfect for those travelling with kids.
There are four bedrooms within the property, each fitted with air conditioning and ceiling fans to ensure a comfortable night’s sleep. The primary bedroom boasts a queen-sized bed and benefits from a walk-in-closet and ensuite bathroom. The other three bedrooms each have a double-sized bed and share a main bathroom with a bathtub, shower, toilet and mirrored vanity. Guests will all have access to laundry facilities including a washing machine and dryer.
Parking is available on the driveway and the garage.
