The Space:
Large and spacious, this 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home has plenty of room for the whole family, including 2 living areas both with TV's, and a superb north facing outdoor entertaining area that opens out directly off the living room for the sense of even more space. All bedrooms are situated upstairs and all have their own air-conditioning, as well as both living rooms. The outdoor shower with side access is an added bonus after a day at the beach, with the added bonus of WIFI and pets will be considered! Just a short walk to the cafe's and shops and just a hop, skip & jump to those stunning white sandy beaches!!
+Please note linen is not provided, doonas and pillows are in the property. You will need to bring doona covers, sheets, towels etc. There is a linen hire option if you wish.
++ Payment Terms – (excluding Airbnb bookings) If you are booking within 30 days of arrival, the full balance will be taken immediately. If you’re booking 30+ days from arrival a 50% deposit is to be paid at time of booking and the balance will be taken approximately 1 week before your stay.
Bookings made for arrivals between 20th December and 31st January, a 50% deposit will be taken at the time of booking and the balance will be taken in the 1st week of December. For any bookings made after December 1st for these dates, the full amount will be taken at the time of reservation.
Guest Access:
Once the rental agreement and ID form have been returned, guests will receive an automated SMS before 9:30am on the day of your arrival. The key is to be retuned back into the key safe using the same code on departure.
