This property is located in the community of "Bella Terra" off Shea Blvd, east of Tatum Blvd in a great central Scottsdale location. Close to golf, hiking, restaurants, shopping and all the major events the valley of the sun has to offer. You will find a sparkling pool and hot tub to enjoy as well. Around the pool are BBQ's to use and a gym located in the clubhouse. This is a rare unit that offers a GARAGE w/ automatic opener!

2 bedrooms each with a full bathroom and a tub/shower combo. All located on the 1st floor of a 2 story building with NO STAIRS. The master bedroom has a KING bed and television. The 2nd guest bedroom has a QUEEN bed. Patio has a bistro table to enjoy the weather. In unit full size washer and dryer. Coffee maker is Keurig K-Cup. Mountainside Fitness across the street for anyone that needs a workout.

Comfortable Scottsdale Condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We chose Villa Bella Terra through Latitude 8 Vacation Rentals for our recent stay. We choose it for the central Scottsdale location, private garage, heated pool and spa and it being on the 1st floor as we could not do any stairs. Checkin was a breeze as our property manager met us there and answered all our questions. He was available throughout our stay for anything needed, but we didnt need. The condo was comfortable and had everything we needed for our extended stay. The master bathroom was just remodeled and looks very nice. We hope to make it back next year and stay at this condo again. Thanks Latitude 8.

Not worth the cost

The one nice thing about this place was the location - close to a nice walking path, restaurants and shops and it’s in a safe community. The unit itself, however, was a disaster. The AC was constantly making loud and unusual noises and although they tried to have it fixed several times, the noise persisted. There were a lot of things in the apartment that were issues (difficult to use faucets/plugs in tub/shower, fridge had a leak, bath tub paint chipping in multiple places, cheap rickety furniture. The owner should really take some time away from renting to update the unit and make it nice if you expect people to pay paradise valley prices. Would not stay here again in its current condition.
