Stroll across the street to shop at Melbourne Central and Emporium or catch the train to explore the city's surrounding suburbs. At home, enjoy a compact layout as well as modern conveniences including a dedicated workspace, in-unit laundry and a 40” Smart TV.
Epitomising city living at its best, a vibrant living area offers a comfortable couch and additional arm chairs where you can kick back and watch TV. Cook meals in the contemporary kitchen with a quirky red splashback and modern appliances. When you aren't dining out the hundreds of eateries nearby, sit down for a meal together at the round table.

Two bedrooms are fitted with queen beds, built-in mirrored wardrobes, and dedicated workspaces; while the bathroom allows you to freshen up, with a shower, toilet, spacious vanity and complimentary toiletries.

Additional amenities include heating and cooling (please note the living room unit does not work well), Wi-Fi, and in-unit laundry equipped with a washing machine, dryer and iron.
