Minutes to ideal beaches and lifestyle precincts. Golf course, lakes, CBD, extensive urban parks, urban commercial strips, trendy cafes and artisan stores can either be walked or are a few minutes away, as well as a walk to hospital precincts and health and wellness centres.

There is a bus stop at the front for buses travelling from Perth CBD and buses to the best beaches, UWA is mere minutes away. Across the road, the bus will take you to the CBD. There is also street parking at the front or a dedicated car space via the rear lane.

Subiaco Train Station is a gentle walk or 900 meters away. The train will take you direct to the airport for approx $5.20, or to the CBD which is 2 stops away
