Quiet and comfortable 3 bed, 2 bath house featuring a wrap around deck, seasonal stream running through the property into a beautiful private pond. Sit with a hot cup of coffee and listen to the stream ripple over the rocks and watch the wildlife in the backyard. STUNNING views of the MOUNTAINS and GOLF COURSE. Interior features an open concept living space with wood floors, and wood burning stove. A beautiful and NEWLY RE-MODELED KITCHEN features new stainless steel appliances, Quartz counter tops and all the latest amenities! There are TWO Dining Areas; one in the kitchen and one in adjacent dining area. TWO Living areas; one has new pit group around a 55 inch 4K flat screen television and DVD player for entertainment, the other is a comfortable leather couch that makes out into a queen sleeper and a chair facing the mountain view and the wood burning stove! The downstairs bedroom features a king sized memory foam bed and private entry into the adjacent downstairs bathroom. Upstairs features a bedroom with queen bed, walkout deck and view of Mt. Princeton. Large laundry room includes full size washer and dryer with lots of storage. Single car garage is available mainly for storage of skis, fishing equipment, etc. There is a gas grill on the lower deck.
The large wrap around deck provides stunning views of the golf course, mountains, and pond.

Great Spring Break!

We had a wonderful stay in Buena Vista. This cabin had everything we needed, was well stocked, and had incredible views of the mountains. Check-in was smooth, owner responded right away to any questions, and the house was very clean. This Florida family hopes to come back soon!

Great for a weekend golfing getaway

Communication with property owner was easy and pleasant. We were able to walk up to the golf course which was very convenient. Short drive into town to enjoy the great restaurants and river front.

Nice location next to the golf course. Fishing, golf, hot springs, outdoor theater, hiking and more are all close by. We'll definitely come back.

Great place to stay and relax on the deck watching the golfers. Were greeted most mornings by deer grazing near the house. Very close to town but still rural enough to enjoy the surroundings.

Lovely weekend

House is very comfortable. We enjoyed the common area and kitchen especially. Grilled on the deck, watched the deer, had fires in the wood stove, and enjoyed Buena Vista in general.

Great weekend getaway with friends

A May snowstorm waylaid our kayaking plans but this home was spacious enough for 8 people (four adults, four kids) to just hang out, cooking and playing games and just chilling out. We'll definitely keep it on our list for future stays (and hopefully actually get on the river next time!).

Stellar house and location!

We stayed here over the Christmas holiday and absolutely loved our stay! The property is lovely and is in an incredibly peaceful part of Colorado with stellar views of the Rocky Mountain. It helped make Christmas incredibly special with my family and they loved the visit The host went above and beyond in helping prepare the property by setting up a Christmas tree as well as bringing in some firewood to dry for the incredible wood stove in the house. Overall, this was a fantastic trip and I highly recommend this house!

Quait Cabin with Beautiful Views

Perfect place for our family to celebrate many birthdays. Beautiful views on the golf course and close proximity to town. The owner was wonderful to work with and allowed for early check-in without even asking. I appreciated the ease of communication and kindness she showed. Thanks for a memorable weekend!

Great experience!

Beautiful and serene property, listen to the elk bugle with your morning coffee and a waterfall complete with mallard pair. The only thing that would make this better is a hammock however no one would ever leave!

Family time

Met up with Ft Collins family for days of fishing and golf. It was great to sit outside on the deck with the sound of the creek and the beautiful mountain setting. We enjoyed out time together and the house was certainly big enough for 5 people.

The property was kept, the view of golf course and mountains in background was great. The Hosts was outstanding and great to deal with. Everything was as described. The house itself was great, plenty of room for everyone. I would reserve this property again.
