Spacious and sun-drenched, polished timber floors and mid-century furniture are coupled with modern amenities to create a comfortable retreat, including air-conditioning, a private balcony and secure parking for one small car.
Situated in St Kilda's vibrant east, enter the apartment to find a sun-soaked living room featuring two plush couches fronting a 42” HDTV plus heating and cooling to keep things comfortable. Fit with modern appliances, cook up a storm in the sleek kitchen using the gas stovetop, full-sized fridge, dishwasher, oven and all the cooking basics you’ll need. Then dine together at the six-seater timber table or unwind with a glass of wine on your breezy, private balcony before heading out to discover the Esplanade's bustling nightlife.

The first bedroom offers a queen bed dressed in hotel-quality linen, built-in wardrobes and reverse-cycle heating and cooling; while a second bedroom is furnished with a double bed and ample storage. Freshen up in the contemporary bathroom with a shower, vanity, toilet and a washing machine available for use during your stay.

Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi and one dedicated parking spot suitable for small to medium sixed vehicles.

Our property is equipped with a small quantity of basic sundries to suit a short stay or to get you started on an extended visit. We offer a selection of essentials to make your stay comfortable, including toilet paper, single-use shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, tea, coffee, long-life milk, and cleaning/laundry supplies. Beds are made with linens and we provide one towel per person, bath mat, hand towel and tea towel. We do not replenish these items and encourage you to travel with additional items or purchase these locally during your stay. If staying longer-term, please contact us to arrange cleaning including fresh linens and replenishment of these supplies at an additional cost.
Due to local regulations, we can happily host you for up to 90 nights. Any bookings that exceed this duration will be cancelled by Vrbo.

If you’re planning to use the cot for your little one, we kindly ask that you bring your own linen to ensure their comfort.
