Featuring an exquisite Park City location that boasts some of the most amazing views of downtown and the surrounding mountains, 237 Ontario allows you to easily stroll to Main Street for shopping, dining, or a cocktail. With over 2,000 square feet of elegant, pristine living space spread out over multiple levels, this roomy, inviting home can accommodate 15 people with ease.

On the main level, the LIVING AREA was designed to take full advantage of the phenomenal views, with one entire wall comprised of glass doors looking out over the spacious terrace with a gas firepit and the mountain views beyond. Inside, there’s a large leather sofa sitting under a vaulted ceiling and facing a modern fireplace and a huge 86” HD Smart TV, while just next to it is the formal DINING SPACE.

This inviting table leads directly into the chef-inspired KITCHEN, where a high-end Zline double gas range is surrounded by sleek wood cabinetry and exotic black quartz countertops and backsplash. Overhead, a corrugated metal ceiling provides a stylish industrial touch, and a convenient peninsula bar adds additional seating at the counter.

Upstairs in the FIRST BEDROOM, there’s a queen-size bed next to a unique, built-in, triple-stacked bunk bed. This flexible space also includes a 70-inch HDTV and an ENSUITE FULL BATHROOM. The SECOND GUEST BEDROOM is a hit with the kids— with six built-in twin-size bunk beds, each with its own cozy lighting, this camp-like room also features a giant 86-inch HDTV, a massage chair, a leather sofa bed, and an ATTACHED FULL BATHROOM with a step-in shower.

The private, PRIMARY BEDROOM SUITE features a luxe king-size bed set against a stylish wood-accent wall and facing a 70” HDTV. Modern glass doors allow lots of gorgeous natural sunlight inside, while also creating a passageway to the outdoor patio. In the ENSUITE PRIMARY BATHROOM, there’s a step-in shower and a quartz-topped vanity.

With a gorgeous, glossy interior design and a spacious porch with a relaxing HOT TUB (year-round ), GAS FIRE PIT (summer use only), and beautiful, panoramic views, 237 Ontario is an ideal spot to call home while you explore and experience our magnificent mountain city. Whether you’re visiting in the warmer months and want to stroll through town in flip-flops, or you’re visiting in winter and are looking forward to skiing our world-famous slopes, 237 Ontario will have you covered.

We’re “Dog Friendly!” We’d love to welcome you and your four-legged family member. This home provides a crate, dog dishes, a few toys, a mud mat, a slip lead and poop bags to make it easy to care for your pup on vacation. If you are bringing two dogs, you may need to bring along some extra items. To include your dog, you MUST REQUEST the inclusion, sign a pet addendum/agreement and receive WRITTEN APPROVAL of acceptance prior to arriving at the home. Some restrictions apply. Pet Fees Nightly: $25 per night, per pet (min: $100 / max: $250 per pet) | Pet Fees Monthly: $500 for the first month, $250 for additional months. Pet Cleaning Fee: One-time $50.
