Neighbouring the Hot Springs, wineries, golf courses, spas. Blairgowrie Village 4 minute drive or 10 min cycle.
The space
A sun filled open plan kitchen/dining/living flows out to a spacious entertaining deck & undercover BBQ area for creating wonderful memories with friends & family.
The property is secured by a tall fence giving you the sense of privacy that you are the only ones there. Very comfortable to have children play whilst you are engrossed in conversation or just doing your own thing.
There are outdoor lounge chairs to chase the sun.
3 spacious bedrooms with built in robes - 1 queen with workspace and 2 double beds with Sheridan linen.
1 bathroom and fully equipped laundry and kitchen (Nespresso coffee machine also children’s dinnerware).
We supply eco-friendly products such as Envirocare Plant-Based Hand wash, Body & Hair Cleanser. Abode laundry powder, Euclove kitchen products.
The house is well suited for friends, family, or a couple's getaway.
There is a large Smart TV which you can connected to your Netflix account. TV can accommodate Switch/Playstation.
We have some children's toys, books, and board games.
Available on request we can supply a cot & highchair.
Guest access
• You will have access to the entire home and garden during your stay.
• There is private off-street parking for 4 cars.
• Backyard fully fenced, gated and secure.
• Guests have access to entire property.
• Check yourself in with the lockbox onsite.
• Check-In: 3pm & Check-Out: 10am (flexible subject to availability)
Other things to note
• This is a strictly no party household.
• No schoolies or large groups.
•Outside smoking only.
• Guest access only (max 6).
•Please place bins out on Sunday evening for Monday collection- bins left unemptied will incur additional fees $30.
•Please leave the BBQ in a clean condition as you found it. The cleaner DOES NOT clean the BBQ an additional fee will be charged $50.
•Cover outdoor setting if rain is forecasted please.
•Please turn off electrical equipment, lights and close windows and lock doors.
Property is registered with Mornington Peninsula Shire and adheres to its code of conduct.

Why they chose this property
I love spending time at our coastal home, relaxing on the deck and hearing the waves crashing on the rocks in the distance. So great having access to the back-beach via the shortcut through the National Park. Within 8 minutes we have crossed the sand dunes to Pirates Bay and continue either left for a dip in Pearses beach or right for a walk along the coastal cliff tops.
The sandy beaches that front onto Port Phillip Bay are only a 4-minute drive as is Blairgowrie Village, our local go-to for cafes. In about 10 minutes we are at the hot springs, golf courses, spas & wineries.
