About this property

Four (4) bedroom plus 1 sunroom, centrally located duplex! Two (2) bedrooms have separate ensuites AND walk in wardrobes! All up there is 1 king bed (and a separate baby cot), 1 queen bed, 1 bunk bed (double + single) and 1 single bed in the 4th bedroom. Lovely big kitchen w/ the rice cooker, air frier, microwave, gas cooking, kettle, and a toaster of course. All essential amenities are provided here. A garage + 2 car spaces on the driveway and then plenty free street parking are on offer.

Originally from Thailand and enjoy cooking and travel. Currently little obsessed with our daughter Mila, she's just too much fun. Probably consume a little too much of bubble tea!

What makes this property unique

This is a recently built home, with high ceilings, modern LED lighting, large open plan spaces that are seamlessly integrated for maximum comfort. Kitchen with all the conveniences you can expect. We have just installed a brand new reverse osmosis (RO) water filter so that the clean and fresh water can keep you hydrated and save money at the same time – fill up your water bottle and you’re good to go. Located 5 minutes from public transport, 10 and 20 minute drive to Liverpool and Parramatta Westfield shopping centers respectively. You’re a convenient enough distance from the major Sydney basin attractions, half-way between the Blue Mountains in the west and the coast line in the east. Conveniently located to see it all without spending arm and a leg while visiting Sydney.
