It's fully-equipped with everything you need and offers open-plan living and dining flowing out to a gravel courtyard, a stylish bedroom with ensuite bathroom and free street parking. Ashfield Mall and Train Station, plus an abundance of cafes and eateries are an easy five-minute stroll away.
Whether you're spending the weekend or need a place to call home for a couple months, this one-bedroom apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Beautifully styled, it features open plan living and dining. Make use of the fully-equipped kitchen replete with modern appliances and basic essentials, relax on the comfortable couch in front of a flat screen, smart TV or sit down to a meal together at the dining table set for four. The living room extends to a sunlit private courtyard. There's seating to enjoy your morning coffee or simply breathe in the fresh air.

In the bedroom, a top-quality queen sized bed guarantees a good night's sleep. It's fitted with luxurious hotel-style linens and plush finishes. There is a freestanding wardrobe to hang clothes and store your belongings. The attached ensuite features a generously sized shower stocked with a hairdryer and complimentary toiletries.

We have a sofa bed that can accommodate stays with more than two guests. If you wish to take advantage of the sofa bed, we can set that up for you for an extra fee of $80. If you book for more than two guests, it should be included in the rate.

There is free street parking outside the apartment. In-unit laundry can also be found in the kitchen, offering a front loading washing machine, iron and ironing board.
Due to local regulations, we can happily host you for up to 90 nights. Any bookings that exceed this duration will be cancelled by Vrbo.

We are pet-friendly—please let us know the number of pets you are travelling with at the time of booking so we can assess if the space is suitable for them. Note that the pet fee is $100 for each pet per week.

Lovely apartment in fabulous location
