The Space:
This home is perfect for family trips or group vacations, where everyone can stay together and have a fabulous time. You’ll be inside the gated Solterra resort community is conveniently situated near the area's top attractions, shopping outlets, restaurants, and world-class golf!

This spacious and stylish 3,370 sq ft, two-story home features an open-plan concept on the main level with direct access to the pool area. There are two living rooms, one downstairs and one upstairs both are outfitted with lots of sofa space and Smart TVs with cable.

There’s a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and all you’d need to prepare meals at home. There’s also a breakfast bar with 4 plush stools for a great snack spot. Right next to it is the dining table that seats 8 to enjoy a wonderful meal together.

You’ll have a beautiful private pool on the screened-in lanai, complete with sun loungers and an outdoor dining table on the covered patio. The pool comes with a mesh child safety fence if needed.

There are 7 stylish and comfortable bedrooms, 5 full bathrooms, and a half bath to accommodate 14 guests as such:

Solterra Resort has a 5,600 sq ft clubhouse and amenities onsite for a one-time fee per house per reservation. These include the resort swimming pool, waterslide, lazy river, poolside cabanas, a tiki bar and grill, 24-hour fitness center, walking trails, kids' play areas, and fun activities for all!

You’ll have full, exclusive access to the home. You can get access to the resort amenities for a one-time fee per household.

- Travelers must be at least 21 years old to book.
- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
- Guests might be required to present an official ID at check-in or during the stay.
- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
- Guests will need to climb stairs as it’s a 2-story home.
- During the winter and fall months (Oct to April), the pool can be heated for an additional fee. It must be requested a minimum of 48 hours prior to arrival and heated for the entire stay.
- Pool heating is only available from November to the end of April.
- A BBQ grill rental is available for an additional fee. A propane tank refill is not included. This service must be requested at least 48 hours before your arrival.
- Early check-in is subject to availability with an additional fee.
- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed.
- No tents or structures are allowed to be set up on the property grounds.
- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $300 fine.
- No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm. Please respect the neighbors.
- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it.
- Highchairs and strollers are available upon request.
- There are outdoor security cameras for guest safety and security.
- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed.
- To obtain access to the resort amenities onsite, there's a one-time fee per household paid upon arrival. (1-12 Guests: $35 | 13+ Guests: $45)
- Clubhouse pool and common area rules and hours at the resort community must be respected.
- Guest acknowledges that the use of the private pool is at their own risk and agrees to hold
harmless and indemnify the Property Owner, their agents, heirs, and successors from and against any liabilities, claims, damages, expenses (including, but not limited to, legal fees), and harms arising from or related to the use of the pool on the property for the duration of their stay.

Interaction with Guests:
You can check yourself in using the door keypad. The access code will be sent to you before arrival.
