This designer loft style apartment is ideally located in Docklands close to all the CBD amenities and perks! Situated in one of Melbourne's grandest of buildings, this loft apartment brims with charm and character seamlessly offering our guests the comforts of an executive hotel and modern city experience. Windows from the east provide ample natural light into this fully furnished apartment, making this the perfect home base for your visit to the best Melbourne has to offer!
This apartment features a spacious living and dining area with large windows and an adjoining well appointed kitchen with quality appliances and cabinetry. The upper level comprises one spacious studio style bedroom with built in robe and serviced by a stylish central bathroom.
Additional features include guest access to the resort style facilities including swimming pool, sauna, spa, and gym/fitness center.
Guest Access:
Guests will have private access to the entire apartment for the duration of their stay.
One parking spot is available!
Other Things to Note:
** PLEASE NOTE: if guests get locked out of the apartment, we may be able to help with spare key but we will have to charge a service fee for the time and delivery (pending availability and distance). After 8 pm and on the weekend, rates may go up. If we are not able to help, it will be the guest’s responsibility to call a locksmith at their own cost. **
