Enjoy carefree days in the tropics at this peaceful abode, tucked behind Baroalba Parklands and just a five-minute stroll to Hibiscus Shopping Centre's local Woolies, cafes and eateries. The living area and bedrooms are air-conditioned for utmost comfort, or head outside to enjoy multiple alfresco areas, including a leafy balcony, undercover entertainers area with a BBQ, sparkling in-ground pool and pet-friendly yard. Feel at home with ample parking and in-unit laundry.
Backed against Baroalba Park, this lush, tropical home offers seamless indoor-outdoor living that makes the most of most of Darwin's balmy climate. Enjoy laidback entertaining with an alfresco BBQ by the pool, cooling down with a pre-dinner swim. You’ll also find plenty of spots to soak up the sunshine on the front and back balconies, as well as on the spacious, grassy lawn where your furry friends are also welcome.
Back inside, cosy up with a movie or leisurely read in the bright and airy living area, complete with a comfy sofa and recliner chairs. Whip up meals in the modern, well-equipped kitchen and a dishwasher for easy clean-up before dining at the six-seater table, or opt for meals under festoon lights in the undercover area by the pool.
Four bedrooms sleep eight guests, making this an ideal stay for a family getaway. The primary bedroom boasting a king-size bed and the second bedroom offering a queen bed are found downstairs, while the third bedroom with a queen and fourth bedroom fitted with two singles are upstairs. All bedrooms include split system air-conditioning and ceiling fans to keep you comfortable year-round. The primary bedroom ensuite and main bathroom are both well-appointed with a walk-in shower and complimentary toiletries.
Other conveniences include WiFi, a washing machine and dryer, and off-street parking for four cars as well as free street parking 24/7.
