Charming East Hampton cottage w/pool, near Georgica beach

This charming two story Cape-style home is one mile to Georgica beach, 1.5 to Main Beach. It's in E. Hampton village, south of the highway, walking distance to restaurants, exercise, entertainment and boutique shopping.

It has four bedrooms (3 kings, 1 queen) and three baths. The two rooms upstairs each have newly renovated ensuite bathrooms and the two bedrooms downstairs share a renovated bathroom with a tub. There's a new couch in the living room. The house has central air. It can comfortably sleep eight.

The living room has a 65 inch smart TV with cable, strong upgraded Wi-Fi, and a gas fireplace. The renovated kitchen features a Sub-Zero fridge & freezer, a 48' Viking range, a Miele dishwasher and Dacor double ovens. It's fully equipped with a lobster pot, Cuisinart stainless steel cookware, etc. The grounds are landscaped with many flowers and plants. There's a heated in-ground swimming pool (opens April 15) with an automatic safety cover, a hammock, a Weber grill, and an outdoor shower. Beach bikes are provided. There's driveway parking for up to three cars.

East Hampton bliss!!

Thanks Victoria & Jay, we had a wonderful stay in your beautiful East Hampton home. The location is excellent and you provided us with all the amenities we needed. We all managed a bike ride and some of us a swim. Thanks for being great hosts, Pam & the festival of fifty team.

Exactly what we expected

The only downside of our stay was that we only had 3 nights. The house was perfect in that we were 4 single people travelling together and so we all had our own room and space. We really enjoyed having the use of the washing machine as we had come off a cruise and still had 2 weeks travelling to go and so it was nice to be able to give our clothes a good wash. The Red Horse Market that was just down the street was great and we got some Pizza's there for dinner one night. We did not make full use of the kitchen as we only really prepared breakfast there but if we stayed longer there was everything we needed should we have need to cook a full meal. We really enjoyed the use of the bikes because for 2 morning we rode down to the Georgica beach then walked the bikes along the beach to Main beach and then rode back to the house. We only used the pool one morning again due limited time and it was very clean and well maintained. We hope to make it back to the Hamptons for a longer stay sometime soon and we will definitely stay here again. It was a very central location to everything we wanted to see in the Hamptons and the house had a very relaxed atmosphere.

Relaxing getaway!

We really enjoyed the property’s amenities (particularly those outdoors), its setting (especially the foliage), and its location in proximity to so much (beaches, restaurants, shopping, etc). Communicating with the owners was easy—they responded promptly. We had a lovely time.

Perfect trip

Victoria’s house was exactly what we needed. The pool was heated and incredibly comfortable. The kitchen had everything you could think of. Beds were comfortable. Short bike ride to a gorgeous beach with bikes provided! Victoria checked in with us often to make sure we were taken care of. Would absolutely stay again.

Beautiful, central location

We enjoyed having a central location close to wineries and beaches. The pool and downtown area were definitely nice to have. The owners were nearby and readily available to come over for assistance- thank you to Jay for all of his instructions and maintenance!

Amazing stay, great location!

We stayed here for a June family vacation and absolutely loved it. The pool is incredible, the house perfect for a family, and the owners are wonderful hosts always available for any questions you might have. Wonderful Stay in East Hampton!

This is such a wonderful home in a great location! The home is clean, well-maintained and well-stocked. Our kids loved the heated pool and bikes. The home is only a short bike ride to the beach, close to East Hampton town center and across the street from a great local food market. The owners were so nice and very responsive.

Just lovely!

This was our first trip to the Hamptons, looking for a Covid safe environment for the kids. The cottage is absolutely charming. The owners have done a wonderful job with the backyard. The neighborhood is my absolute favorite- literally within 15 minutes to everything we wanted- bagels, seafood, museum, shopping, market, drug store, wine shops, gorgeous beach etc. Victoria was so easy to work with- timely, responsive and so helpful. Love!

Idyllic stay in East Hampton

Loved spending our holiday weekend at this warm & cozy home. Gorgeous pool, wonderful stove to keep the house comfortable and welcoming. The house had all of the things we needed to serve dinner and the beds were dreamy, fell asleep within minutes of laying my head down. Beautiful walk to the beach, would recommend to anyone who wants to have quick access to surrounding towns. Very attentive host. Thank you!!

Would stay again in a heartbeat

The house was perfect for what we were looking for. We had a fenced in backyard for the dogs and a heated pool for us. Close to the beach and dog park. Looking forward to booking again.

a true hamptons beach cottage

every detail was thought of....truly a magnificent beach cottage!!house so well equipped...the kitchen, bikes, pool & fun accessories, beach chairs towels mats, Tv, wood burning stove, 2 set washers dryers....was just so charming!! The owners Jay & Victoria were quite incredible hosts....and SO available...just darling!!

Perfect East Hampton Getaway!

Honestly, I can't say enough about this place. The property was well-kept, tastefully decorated, and filled with all the amenities we could possibly need. And the location was AMAZING! A 5-minute drive to town, and within striking distance of Goldberg's, Wolffer, and a ton of great restaurants, the house is perfectly situated on a quiet, tree-lined block. Georgica Beach was literally right down the road, and our Mini Schnauzer thoroughly enjoyed her long walks in the fresh spring air. Victoria was a fantastic host! Communicative, super responsive, and eager to help make our stay as comfortable as it could be, she outlined every possible house detail in a tidy welcome packet, including a ton of dining, shopping, and activity suggestions. We highly recommend this place for anyone traveling to East Hampton, and we'd love to come back for another stay!

Amazing stay - looking forward to coming back

Host was great. Very responsive. So organized too with explanations on everything. Lives next door so gives it a human feel. Our daughter loved the zip line and ninja line. We could not figure out how to lock the front door but somehow survived. Amazing house.
