A charming winterized home on the waterfront of Three Mile Lake. This 4 bedroom home is the perfect fit for families or groups looking to get out in nature whether it be ice fishing, sledding, boating, hiking, golfing nearby courses, and/or simply exploring around Muskoka. With a cozy rustic interior, this home is well stocked with the basics to ensure your stay is comfortable. Leave no guest behind as this home accommodates large families & the fur babies can join in on the fun as this rental is pet-friendly! Utterson is centrally located only 25 minutes to Bracebridge, 15 min to Port Carling and 40 minutes to Huntsville. Many nearby winter activities like Arrowhead's infamous skating trail, Northridge Ranch Dog Sledding Adventure, Limberlost & Huckleberry Rock Hiking Trails, Cross Country Skiing, Ice Fishing on Three Mile Lake or roasting s'mores at the firepit, there is certainly no shortage of outdoor adventure here. Let's not forget those summer months Golfing surrounding prestigious courses, enjoying the day at Windermere House Pub or Spa, and maximizing this home's waterfront via Fishing, Boating, Water Sports or building sand castles on the shared beachfront. I believe that surrounding ourselves in nature brings joy, peace and good health so with that, it has become my passion to share our Muskoka properties to help others enjoy the stunning beauty of Muskoka Lakes. We have been hosting for 10+ years, currently offering 3 different waterfront properties here on Three Mile Lake.
Why they chose this property
With family history on Three Mile Lake, the Utterson area has been close to our hearts for decades and it is our passion to share it with others. We love that Three Mile Lake is truly located in the heart of Muskoka with close proximity to Rosseau, Port Carling, Bracebridge and Huntsville. The convenience of going from the water to a dinner reservation in 30 minutes or less is appealing as we enjoy most of our days boating, wake surfing or paddle boarding on the lake but enjoy zipping into town for some fine dining. Crossroads, Windermere House and JW Rosseau are just a few of our favourite places to dine.
What makes this property unique
Being a 4 season home this property can be enjoyed year round, allowing guests to experience the winter wonderland that Muskoka Lakes can be. The location in unique in that it is located on a 63 acre property shared with Sandwood Tent and Trailer Park. The home is located separately from the park, but may enjoy the beachfront, docks, boat slip area and children's play set at the waterfront.
