- NOTE: This home is located in a secure, gated, private community. After booking, you will need to fill out a rental registration form which includes contact and guest information. This information must be completed at least 5 days before your check-in date. The name of each guest must be included on the registration form and match their photo ID. Each guest must bring a photo ID to present upon arrival at the gated entrance. Anyone not listed on the registration form or who does not have a photo ID will not be permitted to pass the security booth and may not enter the Big Bass Lake community. Failure to provide this information in the required timeframe will result in an additional $50 registration fee due on-site
- NOTE: If the number of guests changes from what is listed on your registration, you are required to fill out a change form and pay a $15 change fee due on-site
- NOTE: To access the community amenities, there is an optional $8/day/person fee ($10 on weekends) that must be paid upon arrival. There is a 2nd option to purchase a weekly pass for $35 ($50 on holiday weeks), which may be picked up at the Big Bass Administration Office. This applies to every guest above the age of 6
