Luxury beachfront home mins from Grange Golf Club. Open plan living, huge windows with our dining room opening out to the large timber deck and outdoor settings. The kitchen is beautifully appointed. 3 lounge areas, bedroom 1 is king, ensuite, adjoining lounge and private balcony completes the upstairs with all overlooking the beach. Bedrooms 2 & 3 queen, bedroom 4 dble. The lounge area at rear of the house overlooks the garden. Built in bunk bed (2
singles) in the rear room, no curtains in this room. No pets & no smoking allowed.
