Clover Hill Cottage is a beautiful rural property with stylish Hamptons style cottage. Located just one and a half hours from Sydney, Clover Hill Cottage is nestled between Berry, Gerringong and Gerroa, and is a perfect rural retreat for those who love the country and the sea! Set on one acre, Clover Hill provides 280-degree uninterrupted views of coastal, mountain, and lush pasture. This house will connect you back to nature and give you a perfect place to unwind and explore the beautiful surrounding areas.

Where will I be?

Clover Hill Cottage is located centrally between Berry, Gerringong and Gerroa. In less than 10 minutes guests can be swimming in the ocean or shopping in one of the surrounding villages of Berry or Gerringong. The area is known for its lush pastures and local wineries. The closest beach is Seven Mile Beach, and Gerroa is only a 5 minutes drive. Kangaroo Valley is also just a 30 minute drive.

Clover Hill Cottage is a classic south coast farm house filled with character and charm. Watch the sunrise over green pastures from your front porch and the sunset over green pastures from your back garden. It has a large kitchen and BBQ where you can enjoy celebration feasts with your family. It is a short 8 minute drive to the best surf beaches on the south coast. The location is popular with cyclists, people who enjoy good restaurants, cafes, pubs, shopping, festivals, markets and wineries. You will feel immediately connected back to nature.

How is the property laid out?

Clover Hill Cottage has a 2 bedroom house and 1 bedroom cottage, sleeping 6 in total. Enter the home from the covered verandah. The front door opens to the entry hallway and open living room which has bifold doors that open onto the deck. The dining room and sitting room with fireplace are located next to the lounge room. The kitchen is separate to the living area and is light filled with windows looking out the view. There is a coffee machine that is compatible with Nespresso (Original line) pods. The two bedrooms in the house are located near the entrance, and the shared bathroom and separate toilet are located at the back of the house. the Cottage is near the house and is an open plan bedroom with ensuite.

WiFi, Netflix, Pay TV – will I have it?

Clover Hill has a smart TV. Please bring your own logins to access streaming services.

This property provides complimentary WiFi and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email, or will be available at the property. Please note that even though the house has a reliable NBN connection, neither The Holidays Collection nor the owner can guarantee 100% that the WiFi will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. If WiFI is critically important to you, please have your own back up plan.

What about outdoors?

Clover Hill Cottage is set on one acre and has a 280-degree uninterrupted views of coastal, mountain, and lush pasture. There is a covered verandah where guests can comfortably sit and look out to the view. There is also a large deck with a dining table and chairs. The home is on a large block with lovely gardens and plenty of lawn area for your pet to run around in!

Staying warm or keeping cool

The house has a combustion fire, and a reverse cycle air conditioner in the main living area. One bedroom has a ceiling fan. There is also a portable air conditioner and stand up fan and an electric heater in the studio.

What about sheets, towels and other supplies?

High quality sheets and bath towels are provided at Clover Hill Cottage. Please bring your own beach towels however!

Parking for cars, boats etc?

There is parking for 3 cars and a boat.

Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay?

Clover Hill Cottage is a pet friendly property, subject to the following rules:

- Please do not allow wet or dirty dogs through the house.
- Please do not permit dogs on bedding or furniture.
- Please bag and dispose of doggy waste appropriately.
- Please clean up dog hairs or anything else inside the house before your departure.
- Please do not leave dogs in the house unaccompanied.

What are the minimum stay rules?

- Summer Season: Between 2 and 7 nights, depending on the property
- Easter: 4 nights
- Long Weekends: 3 nights
- All other times: 2 nights

Are there any special Summer Season rules?

Please note that during Summer Season, our properties may have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.
