The Twig is perfectly located near the entrance to Blenheim Beach - as seen in the photos! It is a contemporary, well appointed home with lush, private gardens. The house has plenty of room for everyone - up to 9 guests - and the large covered deck with BBQ is perfect for entertaining. Please also note that the 4th bedroom is a sofa bed room.

Summer Season Bookings:

13 Dec 2024 and 23 Jan 2025 - Minimum 7 night booking - Arrival and departure on a Saturday. If booking online, please search for vacancies with Saturday being the arrival and departure day. Summer Season bookings are most easily made directly with our Bookings Team.

Where will I be?

The Twig is located at the southern end of Vincentia in a lovely bush reserve setting. The house is within walking distance of beaches. The local towns of Huskisson and Hyams Beach are a short drive away, as is Booderee National Park. From Greenfield Beach you can also take the easy White Sands bush walk with breathtaking views across to Point Perpendicular leading you to Australia’s famous whitest sand at Hyams Beach.

Why choose The Twig

The Twig is great for guests looking for a high quality stay in a quiet area but close to the beach. The home is spacious and well designed and seamlessly captures the feeling of indoor/outdoor living. Opening the bi-fold doors connects the open plan living area to the large entertaining deck. The kitchen with butler pantry has quality appliances and breakfast bar for casual dining, as well as a dining room where the bi-fold doors open to look out to the backyard. A separate TV room upstairs is great for kids, and parents will enjoy the grand master suite that opens to a private courtyard.

How is the property laid out?

The entrance opens to a large foyer. To the left is the open plan living area, with the kitchen being central to the living space. One on side of the kitchen is the living room with combustion fireplace, and bi-fold doors that open to the covered deck. To the other side of the kitchen is the casual dining space. On the right hand side of the foyer is the master suite with private deck, walk in robe and ensuite with luxury bath.The guest toilet and laundry is located downstairs also. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, a TV room and a shared bathroom with shower and toilet.

WiFi, Netflix, Pay TV – will I have it?

This property has Wi-Fi and a username and password will be provided for that in your pre-arrival email.

Please note however that neither The Holidays Collection nor the owner can guarantee 100% that the WiFi will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. If Wi-Fi is important, please therefore always have a back up plan.

What about outdoors?

The Twig has multiple outdoor spaces where guests can enjoy outdoor living. A large covered deck is accessible off the combined living and kitchen area, and has an outdoor dining table and BBQ which is perfect for entertaining in all weather. Enjoy sitting under the stars around the fire pit! The grassed backyard is fence and ideal for kids to enjoy playing games. The master suite also has a private deck.

Staying warm or keeping cool!

As well as ceiling fans throughout the house, The Twig has bi-fold doors which lets in the fresh coastal air! In cooler weather guests can enjoy the warmth from the combustion fire.

What about sheets, towels and other supplies?

High quality sheets and towels are provided at The Twig. However, please bring your favourite beach towels!

Parking for cars, boats etc?

The driveway is steep and the turning circle is tight, and therefore the driveway is not suitable for large cars. There is parking on the driveway for 1 small car and 1 small car in the garage. Street parking is also available.

Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay?

Sorry, The Twig is not pet friendly. Please contact us for other pet friendly options.

What are the minimum stay rules?

- Summer Season: Between 2 and 7 nights, depending on the property
- Easter: 4 nights
- Long Weekends: 3 nights
- All other times: 2 nights

Are there any special Summer Season rules?

Please note that during Summer Season, our properties may have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.
