Runaway Beach Club Resort is a fun family resort located right in the center of Florida's tourist area, only 3.5 miles from Walt Disney World Resort. Tropically landscaped, this gated community consists of charming two-story pastel Key West-style villas surrounding a central fountained lagoon. Guests may stroll or jog along the scenic waterside path. Two heated pools by the clubhouse provide swimming and sunning options for the whole family --- a South Beach themed adult pool plus a fun, colorful child-friendly pool with water features and zero-depth entry. A hot tub, located adjacent to the pools, provides a romantic setting for couples. Plenty of comfortable lounge chairs are provided. Guests also have access to 3 additional pools (two with slides), a tiki bar, mini golf, and a splash pad across the street at our sister resort (all included).

The resort’s clubhouse contains a fitness center (open 24/7). Wi-Fi is available throughout the entire complex. There is NO additional Daily Resort Access Fee.

This smoke-free, spacious 1667 sq ft unit has the largest floor plan in the resort, with 3 bedrooms + loft. The villa is conveniently located close to the clubhouse and pool, right on the lagoon. The condo reflects a coastal flair with cottage-style furnishings, beach themed décor, and a color scheme of soft sunshine with shades of clear sky and deep ocean blues. Ceiling fans in every room offer the feel of a shore breeze. An open living and dining room with 20-ft cathedral ceilings offers ample space for eating, lounging, and getting together with family and friends. A loft overlooks the living room, offering an additional area for socializing. The kitchen has modern appliances, granite counter tops with breakfast bar and is fully equipped with cookware and tableware. A dining table seats four comfortably, and a breakfast bar seats two. The roomy primary bedroom has a king-sized bed and huge walk-in closet, providing easy storage of luggage; and the spacious primary ensuite bath is complete with garden tub. There are also 2 guest bedrooms, each containing a queen-sized bed plus single/twin-sized bed, to accommodate various family sizes. The loft holds a queen sleeper sofa and foosball table. A large hall bath is conveniently located near the 2 guest bedrooms. A full-sized washing machine and dryer are included in the amenities within the condo. A 43-inch flat screen television is found in the living room and primary bedroom. Flat screen television sets are also located in the loft and both guest bedrooms. (The loft TV and the yellow guest bedroom are connected to ROKU --- instead of Cable TV). As a 2nd floor unit, this condo provides security, peace and tranquility without noise from neighbors above.
