About this property

A cozy traditional timber home 5 minutes walk from the restaurants on the Esplanade and beautiful Torquay beach - perfect for that relaxing holiday. The master bedroom with a queen-sized bed and a larger second bedroom with two king singles will keep everyone comfortable. There is a spacious open-plan living and kitchen area and a second sitting zone to retreat to or to sleep a child on the sofabed. Guests can eat outside undercover or play lawn games in the large yard.

Guests will have access to the whole house except for the locked studio and garage at the back of the house.

Other things to note
The house has air conditioning in the living room and ceiling fans fitted in the bedrooms and living room which keeps the house cool. An additional portable fan has been provided for guests to use.

There is currently no wifi available at the house as this helps keep our price low however we will review this based on feedback from our guests.
