Enjoy the lovely setting of this beautiful spot in nature, nestled amongst hundreds of acres is a little piece of heaven. We have paid attention to detail in decor and comfort, and have thought of your every need from beautiful linen to good coffee. This charming boutique property allows guests to experience various aspects of rural Australian life whilst living like a local on our beautiful farm. Situated a short 12 minute drive to Orange.
The space
There is a lovely fire pit area and cosy verandah for your laid back morning coffee or evening drinks and meals. Inside the flat we have tried to offer you a level of comfort you deserve for your romantic getaway or perhaps even a workplace stopover.

Feed the horses, pick your own veggies from our garden when they are in season.

We know times are tough so we are keeping our prices down. We are new hosts and our place is brand spanking new we hope you will enjoy your stay.

The property is cleaned by me and I leave no stone unturned. The place will be spotless

Enjoy the most beautiful country views and fresh air and feel free to pick your own veggies from our garden when available.

We have included everything we could think of to make you stay rememberable. Please feel free to ask for anything to make you stay more comfortable. There is a smart TV in the bedroom also. Be the first to stay with us.

Our home is right next to you but you still have your privacy. We have 2 small dogs that may bark on your arrival to say hello.

Wonderful experience
What an amazing experience! The house was clean, with brand new furniture and appliances, very comfortable and quiet. Perfect for a couple looking for a romantic place to start the new year! Karen and Greg were waiting for us with lots of information, lollies, cake, milk, bread, juice…and carrots for us to feed the lovely horse. This is a 6-star experience we will never forget! We will certainly come back. Alexia and Graham
