Retaining its historical charm, this sacred space incorporates contemporary additions such as central climate control, two bathrooms, dual workspaces, generous parking, a modern kitchen and an expansive open layout leading to a secluded patio embraced by verdant gardens.
Sharing a beautiful foyer and front entrance with the adjacent apartment, you'll have the privacy of a single unit packed with character and a warm, inviting vibe that will draw you in.

On the lower level, you'll find the kitchen, living, and dining areas. Equipped with all the essentials, the kitchen ensures you have everything you need to prepare a delightful home-cooked meal. The living area is a haven for readers, featuring an extensive bookshelf enveloping a flat-screen TV and two plush sofas positioned against floor-to-wall windows. Adjacent to this cosy setup is the dining area, furnished with a spacious formal dining table. Step outside to soak up serenity in the private courtyard set for alfresco dining.
