Great Location
The property is in an excellent location for touring throughout Melbourne. There was a tram stop just outside the building entrance and if you walked one stop up, you were within the free tram zone. Grocery stores and the Queen Victoria Market were just a few minutes walk away. There was quite a bit of street noise at night, but the convenience of the location offset that. The layout of the property was great. It was perfect for our group and we really appreciated having three good sized bedrooms and two bathrooms, especially with young kids. The kitchen was also well equipped with what you would need for preparing meals at home. The building felt safe and was very quiet, it’s rare not to hear neighbours, even during the day, which was really nice. Parking was available with the suite but we didn’t have a vehicle so I can’t comment on that particular amenity.
