This holiday rental boasts five spacious bedrooms fitted with deluxe bed linens and abundant storage space, rewarding you with the sweetest dream-filled slumbers. Passionately designed with comfort in mind, three elegant bathrooms ensure a refreshing and relaxing stay. The master suite has it's own balcony to enjoy the sea breezes, as well as an ensuite bathroom.
The curation of modern amenities at Bluewater strikes the perfect balance between luxury and homeliness. The stylish, fully-equipped kitchen has ample cookware and pantry basics to whip up delicious meals and the dishwasher makes clean-up a breeze. Indulge in fun family dinners in the dining area or opt for a BBQ feast on the patio.
For entertainment, bluetooth speakers and three smart TV's across three spacious living areas are at your disposal and for those looking for quieter forms of amusement, a great collection of board games is available.
Bluewater also sports a fully fenced garden for your furry friends to play in or for some outdoor lounging (complete with a box of dog toys). The property also offers four dedicated parking spaces in the driveway and one garage space. In addition there is secure boat parking at the side of the house.

- Bedroom 4 - 1 x Tri-Bunk bed (1 double below, 1 single on top) plus a single trundle bed (NOT air conditioned - has fan)
- Bedroom 2 - 2 x King Single Beds (NOT air conditioned - has fan)
Important Information:
- Please note that as this property is currently being reconfigured we do not have photos of all bedrooms and some additional amenities newly provided are not shown in the photos (new photos are coming soon)
- A small amount from every booking is donated to local charities — a booking with Professional Holiday Homes supports local communities.
- A card surcharge is levied on each payment. It's important to note that since this fee is associated with the bank, it won't be reimbursed in the event of cancellation.
- 3 toilet rolls are supplied per bathroom. You may wish to bring additional supplies with you.
- For your security and safety this property has an active Cctv camera at the front of the property. It will be on during your stay
- Fencing: The rear garden is fully fenced.
- Air conditioning: The property has air conditioning in both downstairs living rooms and three of the bedrooms.

As such we limit our communications to a few important emails, but otherwise we will leave you alone! If you are looking for a host that provides welcome platters on arrival, champagne in the fridge and who will contact you throughout your stay, we may not be the right host for you.
What you will get from us are well equipped, fairly priced, pet and family friendly holiday homes that are loved by their owners.
We work in a people business and very infrequently things go wrong - if this happens we will do our best to rectify the situation immediately. In busy periods it may take us a few hours to get to messages so picking up the phone is the fastest and best way for us to provide you with the support you need in an urgent situation.
As we are a licensed real estate agent you can be assured that all properties are fully insured, meet fire safety standards and are registered with NSW planning.
