Nice apartment, but…

Overall, it was a nice apartment, but the lack of communication with the host made it a very stressful experience. We landed in Japan with no check-in instructions and no response from the host after trying multiple times and through multiple means. I was finally able, through the management company, to have the host resend instructions to my husband’s email. But feeling stranded and homeless in a foreign country with two young children is not the way to start a vacation. Again, I received no instructions for checking out of the apartment. My husband replied through the email he received and got the information sent to him. We told them about all our troubles with communication with them and they didn’t care or even try to apologize. I wouldn’t recommend staying here based on my experience.
