The main floor offers a spacious, immaculate kitchen with modern appliances. a dining table that seats 6 and It also hosts an island and bar with convenient seating for 6. Additionally, the cozy living room hosts comfortable furniture, a relaxing wood fireplace, and scenic windows of the gorgeous hills surrounding the property. This home hosts 5 bedrooms, 3 baths, and can sleep up to 13. Perfect for hosting large groups- so bring the whole family for a truly well-deserved stay in historic Ellicottville! Our properties DO NOT allow group rentals to guests under the age of 25. Smoking is NOT permitted in any rental property. During winter, four-wheel drive vehicles are recommended for driveway access. Please respect the neighbor's privacy. Town noise ordinance after 10pm.
