Welcome to "Elevated@Braddon" our cozy 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment located in the Mantra on Northbourne building! Perfect for a getaway, it's nestled in the heart of Braddon, surrounded by fantastic dining options.
You can access all the property's amenities throughout your stay. Please read our listing thoroughly to find answers to Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs).
BEDROOM:
The bedroom has a king-sized bed topped with professionally cleaned and pressed linen. It also has plenty of wardrobe space for your luggage.
BATHROOM:
The bathroom has a bath, a shower, and a toilet. We provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, and body wash. You will need to re-stock depending on usage frequency and length of stay.
KITCHEN:
You can use the kitchen if you're craving a home-cooked meal. While you stay you will have access to the following:
- fridge/freezer
- stovetop
- microwave
- crockery and cutlery
- dishwasher
We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as muesli, milk, coffee and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays.
LIVING ROOM:
The living room has a 50" smart TV which you can use to access your Netflix and YouTube accounts using the supplied Chromecast. It also has access to all local television channels. To access Netflix, YouTube, and other online streaming platform subscriptions, you will have to use your own account.
LAUNDRY AREA:
A washer and dryer are available to use, as well as an iron and ironing board.
PARKING:
The parking garage can accommodate one car. If you need additional parking, there is paid parking available in the hotel's car park. The assigned spot is in the same car park.
Casual parking: $15 PER DAY
Guest parking: $20 PER DAY
M-F 8:30 AM–5:30 PM: $3PH street parking available behind Mantra.
COMMON AREAS & AMENITIES:
You will have access to the building's gym, pool, and sauna throughout your stay. Common areas are on the same floor (1st level). Opening times 6am-10pm.
The common areas are managed by the building management and can be closed without prior notice to owners. We try our best to get the most accurate information to update the listing description as much as we can. In this regard, please check for building announcements at the time of your arrival to confirm the availability of common areas.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
Should you be planning to arrive outside the hours of 6:00am to 9:00pm you will need to pick up a building access card from our key-safe for self-check-in. To get the building access card, you can either drive 3 mins (approximately 850m away) or take a leisurely 5-min walk (approximately 350m).
Only 1 guest access card is provided. Please take care not to lose this as its replacement will incur a fee.
I am available mostly through Airbnb messaging, but I give privacy to my guests. If there is an urgent issue, you can always call me.

You're a short walk from notable sights like Parliament House, the War Memorial, and the National Gallery, and only a few metres from the city's booming shopping area, chic pubs, and cool cafés, all of which are just one block away.
There are multiple modes of transportation available in the area. You can opt for a bus, train, taxi or Uber, depending on your preference and convenience.
Any violation of our no-party rule will result in a $2000 non-negotiable penalty, in addition to any damages.
1. Let us know if you need to check in early or leave later than the standard check-in/out times. We'd need to collect $20 for the first 30 minutes and an additional $40 for the next 30-minute increments when there is a breach in the observance of standard check-in and out times.
2. I have a STRICT "No Pets Policy" and "No Smoking Policy". These are applicable inside and outside of the property. Any breach will result in a fine of $400 plus any additional fees for specialised cleaning.
3. The cleaning fee covers the regular cleaning and linens in the property. As this is not a hotel, please try to leave the place as tidy as possible. If the property is extra messy when you leave, an extra cleaning fee will be requested (minimum of $50).
4. Please be sure you understand our cancellation policies. You can find our current policy on our Airbnb listing.
5. Only those persons who made the reservation may stay at our property. If you're a business or government agency booking for other people, please contact us in advance to ensure access details are made clear.
6. No parties or gatherings of more than the maximum number of people that can book the property. Any non-guests must leave by 10:00 pm. And there should strictly be no loud noise after 10:00 pm. There is a $2000 penalty if this house rule is breached.
7. There are some items in the kitchen (tea, coffee, sugar, milk) that you are welcome to use. Also, the pantry has a few basics (i.e. muesli). We don't stock in the refrigerator or provide any meals.
8. I list my property as not suitable for kids or infants as it is not child-proofed and we don't have baby amenities (i.e. high chair, cot). However, if the kids will be under adult supervision at all times, booking with children is no problem.
9. The property will be holding a security deposit for all stays. If no damages are identified, the full amount will be released within 3 days of check-out. In case of damages, necessary fees will be deducted, and affected parties will be promptly notified.
