Luxury Vegas Retreat II

This home is located just 15 minutes from the World Famous Las Vegas Strip...It features four comfortable king size beds, a movie room, open kitchen and family room...A private pool, spa and gas grill all for entertaining. It is also within walking distance to shopping and restaurant dining at Tivoli Village or Suncoast Casino. There are also, 3 public golf courses within a one mile radius and there is easy access to any location using the 215 Highway.

House Rules:
1. Be respectful to neighbors.
2. No large gatherings or events allowed
3. Parking in garage is encouraged.
4. Please report major spills, leaks or any issues that arise to owner ASAP. prompt response is important for damage control.
5. No smoking inside the home
6. Do not tamper with security system.
7. No pets allowed without permission from host
8. Do not move furniture.
9. Do not stand on furniture.
10. No jumping from balconies.
11. No yelling or playing loud music. Permission is required to use surround sound or speakers.
12. Wear shirts and/ or cover up bikinis when in the front yard.
13. No smoking of illegal substances, even outside of the home.
14. Please remove shoes when inside the home. Do not clean shoes with towels or wash cloths
15. Serious complaints from neighbors may result in a immediate reservation cancellation.

** Pool heat is available at $25 per day or $75 per week (Pool heat includes spa heat, automatically)

Additional Charges for pool heat during the months of October-March
Fall and winter seasons are
$50 per week***
