While this property is self-contained, Lakeview Properties wants to ensure you have everything necessary to begin your holiday smoothly.

We provide essential amenities such as toilet paper, washing powder, dishwashing detergent, dishwasher tablets or powder, tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand wash.

Please be aware that these are just initial supplies, and you may need to replenish them during your stay.

I respect the privacy of my guests but remain readily available to address any enquiries. Occasionally, I may stop by simply to ensure that everyone is enjoying their stay.
Guidelines for an enjoyable stay

Mid-Stay Cleaning:

If you booking is longer than 8 days it is a requirement that you get a service of the property. The cost for this is $120

Guest Policy:

Only registered guests are allowed to stay in the house. If you plan to have visitors during your stay, kindly inform us in advance.

Housekeeping:

We take pride in sharing our home with you. To ensure a pleasant experience for all, please help us maintain cleanliness by using the provided bins for trash disposal and taking any excess trash with you.

Dishwashing:

After using dishes, please place them in the dishwasher. Pots and pans should be hand-washed.
Energy Conservation:

Help conserve energy by turning off electric blankets, lights, and other electrical appliances when not in use.

Additional Charges for Babies:

If you have two or more babies staying with you, an extra charge of $25 per day will apply for each additional baby beyond the first one.
