Top Floor Treetops Villa off of South Forest Beach. A short walk to Coligny Beach, shops and restaurants, and Celebration Park. This single-story condo is a scenic spot for both recreation and relaxation. Follow the beach path that runs next to Treetops to enjoy a day of play in the sand and sun.

On your way to the beach, stop and enjoy the oceanfront views at Loggerhead Landing Bar next to Adler Lane Beach Access. If biking isn't for you, Hilton Head's South End offers free golf cart rides and the Breeze Trolley to get around.

This updated villa has all the comforts of home! This villa is located on the second floor.
Our spacious home sleeps up to 6 guests. The primary suite has a King-sized bed, while the second bedroom has 2 twin-sized beds. There is a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Both bedrooms have ample storage & smart tv's. There are 2 full-size bathrooms.
The private screened-in balcony is accessible from the living room and primary bedroom. Very peaceful for morning coffee or an evening libation. The kitchen is completely ready for your cooking and entertaining needs. We also provide for your added convenience a small desk in the dining area for catching up on your email or when work interrupts your vacation. Besides the dining room table and seating for up to six we have a bar/counter from the adjoining kitchen with 2 stools for added seating or grabbing a casual meal. Stackable washer and dryer are conveniently located inside the villa, as well.

This villa is nestled within the Treetops community, a property that boasts 3 outdoor swimming pools, a sundeck, and ample lounge chairs for relaxing, reading or just catching some island sunshine! There are also umbrella-topped tables for gathering and perhaps a picnic lunch or snack poolside! The community also has tennis courts for owners & guests to use. Our home is located close to all the amenities.
Both Low Country Celebrations Park and the shops and restaurants of Coligny Plaza are just under a mile away.

If you are an early riser you will not want to miss our beautiful sunrises on the beach - grab a coffee and make the quick walk to the beach....you won't be disappointed! You're going to love our place and we can't wait to share it with you!

The pool is open daily from 8AM to dusk from April 1st through mid October. The sun deck is open year-round.

No Smoking. Please enjoy yourself and treat our home like you would treat your own. Do not take furniture out of the villa or move it from one room or floor to another. No trailers, kayaks, or canoes are allowed on the property. Bikes must be secured in the bike racks provided. Parking pass required.

Key code will be provided prior to check-in time for easy access to the property.

Getting Around:
Amazing walkability! Breeze Shuttle available mid-March thru October to get you to the beach, shopping, restaurants or just to see whats out there!! Public parking available near the beach.

Other Things to Note:
Bugs
We get asked about Palmetto Bugs all the time. Yes, these are roaches and are found pretty much everywhere outside in South Carolina but we like to call them Palmetto Bugs as it makes them sound nicer! They can be pretty big, can fly and will scurry around the floor but they are largely harmless. They do occasionally come inside, especially at night and during or after any storms. Rest assured all of our homes are professionally treated monthly for pests. Any bugs that manage to get inside will die quickly.

According to Eric Benson, Ph.D. professor and extension entomologist at Clemson University “It has nothing to do with cleanliness or the economic conditions of the area,” said Benson. “They could be around the nicest home or the nicest hotel or resort.”

If you leave the doors or windows open, especially at night, you will likely see a few. This is perfectly normal. If you see 20 or 30 all in one place then please let us know. This might mean we have a nest somewhere in the home and we'll need to get pest control out to take care of it. This is extremely rare!

Please don't worry about bugs, enjoy your vacation. You'll likely not see any while you are here, we just include this note so you understand it's not unusual to see some and it doesn't mean the home isn't well looked after!
