Fine but below expectations in old unit

The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was somewhat dirty.
I was very happy with the location.
I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

This unit has few of any updated features, it seems: cold tile floor, very old kitchen appliances, etc. On its own that is fine. But the bedding - blankets and pillows - were also stained in many places giving us a bad taste in our mouths from the start. Many things were broken or broke while we were there. Thank goodness for Wilgus property management who quickly fixed a kitchen faucet that sprayed water everywhere, two clogged kitchen drains, and a broken master bath shower head. The AC unit also broke and Wilgus coordinated to have that fixed urgently. As we were wrapping up for check out, the ice machine broke. It was a mess.The kitchen was too stocked with plates, etc, making it difficult to even find space to put any dishes away. And the unit seemed to be set up for the owner far more than for renters. All in all it was fine, but this was our fourth stay in bear trap and by far the lowest quality one.
