Looks can be deceiving
This property was not a pleasant stay. In the description it says HOT TUB which is why we chose this house. The hot tub was broken when we got here . They sent multiple people out and it finally got fixed the day before we left. The heater in the house did not work either so they had someone come by the second night of our stay to fix it. There was dog hair all over the couch. The compensation for everything went wrong was a joke. The management of BIG BEAR VACATIONS is a scam. You would think before you have a costumer renting a house they would have checked the property. Not to mention the trash bin outside was full when we got here . The customer service from Louie was so rude and it always took forever to get back to us. We are pretty disappointed. You would expect with all that went wrong and our horrible first night with no heat that we would get at least a half deposit back. It’s just sad . To come to vacation and spend half the time on the phone talking to multiple people trying to just get some help.
