Chislehurst, Exeter - 4pm check out Sundays and Public Holidays, except Summer Season
This gorgeous newly built home has been created to provide you with high end comfort and luxury. From the moment you arrive, Chislehurst takes you to a place of country elegance and refinement. This home is a place to recharge, unwind, and slow down. Stargaze, daydream, and share quality time with your loved ones. The luxurious furnishings and prime position make it the perfect spot for a Southern Highlands getaway.

Where will I be?
Located in the heart of the picturesque Southern Highlands village of Exeter, the home is only a stone's throw from the renowned Exeter General Store which serves a wonderful cup of coffee and local home-made provisions. Moss Vale is a 15 minute drive through picturesque farmland, and Bowral a 20 minute drive. The wineries, wedding venues and other attractions of the Southern Highlands are all within easy driving distance.
Why choose Chislehurst?
Wander through the Exeter Village markets which take place on the first Saturday of every month. Access the local tennis courts, heritage listed oval and croquet lawn, which are all within walking distance. or explore several renowned local wineries. A variety of bush walks are within easy reach of the property or try horse riding at Rosthwaite Farm.
How is the property laid out?
Chislehurst has a grand entrance hallway that leads to the open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area. The kitchen has all you need to prepare your meals, including modern appliances, elegant crockery and glasses. Please note there is no microwave. The lounge area has plenty of seating for everyone, as does the dining table with bench seating. There is a second living space with a TV at the front of the house.
There are 4 bedrooms. The master has a king bed and an ensuite that has a shower and toilet. Bedrooms 2 and 3 each have a queen size bed, and bedroom 4 has two sets of bunk beds. The shared bathroom has a bath, separate shower and toilet.
WiFi, Internet, Netflix, or Pay TV - will I have it?
Complimentary WiFi is available and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email.
Please note that neither The Holidays Collection nor the owner can guarantee 100% that WiFi will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. If WiFi is important, please therefore always have a back up plan.
What about outdoors?
There is an outdoor entertaining area that leads across spacious lawns to an 11 metre swimming pool which is a delight even for those who choose not to swim. Beyond the pool to the rear of the garden, you will find a large fire pit to gather around on those cooler nights. To keep your younger and perhaps not so young ones busy, there is also a games room that is equipped with a table tennis table and stocked with a range of outdoor games.
Staying warm or keeping cool?
Chislehurst has ducted heating and cooling for year round comfort.
What about sheets, towels and other supplies?
Chislehurst supplies all bed linen, sheets and bath towels.
