Adjacent, you'll find a second large living area and media room, expanding your entertaining space so there's room for everyone. You can even enjoy a drink at the home's personal bar.

Open the doors and you'll find outdoor dining space, a BBQ, wood fire, pizza oven, spa pool and fire pit, all framed by those world class views of the river and the mountains that make this region famous. Sit out with a glass of wine around the fire pit and take in the stars at night or enjoy the expansive stretch of flat lawn space below with games for the whole family, this property has options for everyone. This spot enjoys easy access to the restaurants, shops and supermarkets in Frankton and some of the region's best local wineries are also less than a 15 minute drive away, in Arrowtown. For something a little different, you could also consider having E-bikes delivered to the house and hopping on the Queenstown trail, which is very close by. If you are visiting for a winter ski holiday, it is only a 15-minute drive to the bottom of Coronet Peak or Remarkables ski field.
