The Space:
3BR/3.5BA Beach Getaway Villa

Offering the ideal Hilton Head Island location- walking distance to Coligny Beach, shops and restaurants, and the Celebrations Park. This two-story condo is a scenic spot for both recreation and relaxation. Enjoy the peaceful views from the balcony with spiral-stairs leading you down to the lagoon and pool.

This updated 2-story villa has all the comforts of home! Located on the top floor, our spacious layout sleeps up to 10 guests. The primary main-floor suite has a King-sized bed & ensuite bath with a walk-in shower. There are 2 bedrooms upstairs. The second bedroom has 2 Queen-sized beds and the third bedroom offers a Queen-sized bed, as well. All bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. There is a half bath on the main floor for your convenience!
The main living space has a large dining area that seats 6 that flow into the living room with a brand new sofa sleeper and love seat. The televisions in the living room and bedrooms are Smart TV's so you can stream your favorites shows. There is a cable app on all the TV's, as well to watch local channels.

The kitchen is completely ready for your cooking and entertaining needs. The large counterspace is perfect for prepping or gathering for entertainment. The updated stainless-steel appliances as well as cookware & dishware offer our guests the ability to utilize the kitchen as much as they see fit while on vacation.
The back balcony has spiral stairs that lead you to the community grounds and the Springwood community pool. The balcony is set up with comfy outdoor seating for 2 and has a wonderful view overlooking the lagoon and a Birdseye view of the pool.
There is a large storage closet outside of the villa downstairs where we store our beach gear. Grab the beach wagon and chairs and stroll up to the Coligny Beach Boardwalk to gain the easiest access to one of the best beaches on HHI! Just a short walk past the park and you'll arrive at the beach.

This condo sits alongside a creek in Springwood Villas, a property that boasts an outdoor swimming pool with its sundeck and ample lounge chairs for relaxing, reading or just catching some island sunshine! There are also umbrella-topped tables for gathering and perhaps a picnic lunch or snack poolside! Enjoy a fitness center located across the street for your morning workouts, as well as easy access to the Cordillo Tennis/Pickleball Courts.

Both Low Country Celebrations Park and the shops and restaurants of Coligny Plaza are just under quarter mile away. Grab your bike or go for a stroll to the neighboring shopping centers to find all your local favorite eateries, bike rentals, gift shops, and more! The Low Country Celebrations Park is a wonderful spot for community festivals and boasts an interactive Children's Museum, as well as an outdoor pirate ship playground that will be a hit for the kids.

If you are an early riser you will not want to miss our beautiful sunrises on the beach - grab a coffee and make the quick walk to the beach....you won't be disappointed! You're going to love our place and we can't wait to share it with you!

The pool is open daily from 8AM to dusk from April 1st through October 31st.

No Smoking. No Pets. Please enjoy yourself and treat our home like you would treat your own. Do not take furniture out of the villa or move it from one room or floor to another. No trailers, kayaks, or canoes are allowed on the property. Bikes must be secured in the bike racks provided.

Getting Around:
Amazing walkability! Breeze Shuttle available mid-March thru October to get you to the beach, shopping, restaurants or just to see whats out there!! Public parking available near the beach.

Other Things to Note:
Bugs
We get asked about Palmetto Bugs all the time. Yes, these are roaches and are found pretty much everywhere outside in South Carolina but we like to call them Palmetto Bugs as it makes them sound nicer! They can be pretty big, can fly and will scurry around the floor but they are largely harmless. They do occasionally come inside, especially at night and during or after any storms. Rest assured all of our homes are professionally treated monthly for pests. Any bugs that manage to get inside will die quickly.

According to Eric Benson, Ph.D. professor and extension entomologist at Clemson University “It has nothing to do with cleanliness or the economic conditions of the area,” said Benson. “They could be around the nicest home or the nicest hotel or resort.”

If you leave the doors or windows open, especially at night, you will likely see a few. This is perfectly normal. If you see 20 or 30 all in one place then please let us know. This might mean we have a nest somewhere in the home and we'll need to get pest control out to take care of it. This is extremely rare!

Please don't worry about bugs, enjoy your vacation. You'll likely not see any while you are here, we just include this note so you understand it's not unusual to see some and it doesn't mean the home isn't well
