Beach House by the Sands is centrally located, in a quiet street surrounded by beautiful landscape. Only a 2-minute walk to the beach, and a short distance to cafes, restaurants and parks in Huskisson and Vincentia.

This home is perfectly located just 150m to Collingwood Beach to the East and Moona Creek to the North with Huskisson just across the bridge. You can walk or drive to local cafes, convenience stores, supermarket, and our spectacular white sandy beaches by heading North &/or South.

There are a range of local activities and day trips to experience, from dolphin & whale watching, kayaking, paddle boarding, swimming, cycling, as well as exploring our beautiful beaches.

SPACE
Three-bedroom, one large bathroom has space for the whole family, with living, dining and kitchen that flows onto an outdoor area. The second floor has an outdoor balcony off the master bedroom where you can enjoy a morning coffee among the beautiful landscape, with Moona Moona Creek to your left.

Sleeps 6 guests:
• Bedroom one, 1 x Double with a/c split system (ground floor)

• Beds will have fresh linen, pillows & quilt-doonas.
• Bath towels, hand towels and bathmats supplied.
• Please bring your own beach towels.

Parties / functions are not permitted on these premises as it's located in a residential area.
Extra Cleaning fees will apply if the property is not left in a similar state of which it was found.
BBQ cleaning fee of $50 will be applied if left unclean after use.
